At KT Original, we hope you have as much fun sending our cards as we have creating them!  We all love to get a special something in the mail and know how important it is to protect privacy between loved ones, friends and family.  We pride ourselves in our privacy and security policies and know you will appreciate the security we provide.  Thank you for choosing our cards!

Privacy/Security

The security of your information is very important to us.  To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.  

Our website is hosted by the secure Yahoo! Store.   Yahoo! hosts our store pages, ordering system, and customer order information.  Yahoo! automatically collects data but will only use this information to process your order for KT Original.  If you accessed this store through Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! also automatically collects information about your shopping experience for KT Original.   KT Original will not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties.  Please see the Yahoo! Privacy Center for more information about how Yahoo! uses customer information.

If at any point you are not comfortable with our privacy or security policies, you may always place an order over the phone with a KT Original employee.  

Why we collect your information:

When placing an order, we require our customers to provide information (name, phone number and shipping address) and billing information (credit card number & expiration date).  Contact information is used to ship orders and, if necessary, get in touch with customers in circumstances pertaining to an order.   Please know that this information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order with KT Original. 

Will you use my information in any other way?

If you choose to sign up for our email list we will send information about new items, special offers, or happenings to our customers.  The recipient may always opt out of receiving future mailings.  KT Original will not sell, rent or share your email address with third parties to send you unsolicited communications.

How do I unsubscribe to your email list?

If you no longer choose to receive our emails and updates, simply email us at info@ktoriginal.com and type “unsubscribe” in the subject line.  In the body of the email please provide the email address you wish to take off the mailing list.  We will then remove your email from our list.

Shopping at KT Original

Can I purchase your cards in a retail store?

Yes, we do sell our cards in many stores across the country.  To find a store near you, please go to our locator map and click on the state in which you live.  If the store does not carry the card you are looking for, please talk to a sales associate.  Most stores are able to place a specific order to meet your needs.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.  We do not accept cash or checks through internet orders at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax for California residents, since we have a physical presence in the state.  Our state sales tax is 7.25%.  We do not charge sales tax for customers living outside California.

How much is shipping?

Your package is important to us!   Because each package is unique, you will have the opportunity to choose the shipping method you prefer.  Your cost will be calculated according to the state in which your package will be delivered as well as how much it weighs.  KT Original will not make any money on shipping, so please proceed to checkout for your specific rate.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Once we receive and process your order, it will be shipped from our warehouse within two business days.  Based upon your location as well as the shipping method you’ve chosen, delivery times will vary.  If you’ve chosen UPS ground, you will receive your order within 4-6 business days.

If you have ordered an item to be printed by KT Original, the turnaround time is approximately 7 days.  Once we have received your personal information, we will send you a proof either by email or fax within two days.  When we have been granted your approval, your cards will be printed, packaged and mailed UPS.  Delivery time will depend on the method chosen by the individual customer.   (If you have chosen to have a proof mailed to you, your turn around time will be longer.)

What happens if I want to make a change on my printing order?

Please review your proofs carefully!  Once you have approved, we will print at your expense.  If you have any changes, they must be submitted via fax or email before we have begun printing.  Sorry, changes cannot be accepted over the phone, no exceptions.  Once changes have been approved and finalized, the turnaround time will start anew.

Do you accept returns?

We hope our cards make people happy.   If you are not happy with the order you have received, you may send the product back to us for a refund.  Customer will pay for shipping back to KT Original.  Please note – printed orders will not be accepted for return. 

Do you personalize envelopes?

At this time we do not personalize envelopes.

Will the colors vary from one computer screen to the next?

Due to disparities in various computer screens, colors may vary from the images and proofs viewed on-line.  Proofs presented on your computer screen may show slight variations from our screen.  However, please know that specific colors are chosen by the designer to fit each individual card.  For your convenience, you may request a proof of your card mailed to you for an additional $5.00.   Unfortunately, returns will not be granted for such computer variations.
